Activity Report of KOSSUTH LAJOS GIMNÁZIUM ÉS SZAKKÖZÉPISKOLA  of the 3rd Project year 2004-2005

 

 

September: Planning the project work of the schoolyear. The working group consisted of 7 active members and class 9. b where the questionnaires were applied.

 

October: Project meeting in Aveiro where we agreed on which questionnaires to apply.

 

November: 5 English teachers worked on the translation of the questionnaires.

 

December: Applying the questionnaires in class 9. b with 33 students, 27 parents and 11 teachers.

 

January: Evaluation of the questionnaires by an expert colleague.

 

February: Translation of the analysys, sending it to the coordinator and taking measures.

 

March- April: Mobilities

 

April: Project meeting in Sora

            Making graphs and sending it to the coordinator until 20 May

 

June: Writng report to the coordinator

 

July: Writing the final report to the National Agency

 

Measures taken after the evaluation of the questionnaires: ( the first steps)

 

Parents’ questionnaire:

Problem: The cultural choices of the school is insufficient

Measures: school jazz concert

                 School musical

                 School cinema performances

 

Relationship between the school and the family:

Problem: studying at home

Measures: with the new students we start teaching them the learning methods of every subject.

Problem: low level of the initiative of the parents:

Measures: twice a year teachers and parents meeting with the participation of every teacher in the school.

 

 

Teachers’ internal eveluation:

Problem: not enough workshops ( the reason lies in the old fashioned school system)

Measures: the Geography teacher organized a workshop for the 9 grade studentas about Zmplén National Park (5 times this spring)
