Indicators of the performance for the project evaluation.
Our school team decided to evaluate for the first year of the project:
· teachers' management skills (B7),
· teachers' citizenship(B8),
· Involvement of the whole school(C5),
· Project visibility, products and results (C6)
· Communication (D3)
· Evaluation (D5)

For B7, B8, C5 we decided to have 3 stages of evaluation.

-One this month,
-one after the teacher exchange
-other at the end of the year.
For C6 on Mars and at the end of the year,
for D3 when will be necessary and at the end of the year
for D5 at the end of the year.

The responsable with evaluation for the Romanian team is Florica Alexandrescu, a biology teacher.
